Accounts

Payments

Prices and payment terms are presented prior to checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

If a payment fails or is reversed (for example, via chargeback), we may suspend or limit access to paid content until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

We provide refunds under our 14-day policy, subject to eligibility. In general, refund eligibility may depend on factors such as how much of a course you have accessed and whether the purchase was made directly through our Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClearPin Illustration School and its affiliates, instructors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
